Hand-harvested grapes from the cool, condensed 2023 vintage—harvested early for optimal acidity and flavor—undergo cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks without oak to preserve vibrancy and varietal purity. Committed to sustainable viticulture, this production yields a pale straw wine with green highlights and remarkable freshness.
Tasting Notes An elegant, zesty white with vibrant citrus and grassy freshness, reflecting Hunter Valley’s alluvial terroir. The nose reveals gooseberry, lime zest, cut grass, and hints of passionfruit and herbs. On the palate, it is light- to medium-bodied and refreshing, with bright acidity, delicate texture, and flavors of citrus peel, green apple, and subtle tropical notes, leading to a crisp, lingering finish.
