Sourced from Castiglione Falletto's helvetian limestone-clay soils at 250-320m. Destemmed Nebbiolo fermented with indigenous yeasts in steel (18-30 days maceration with pumpovers), malolactic in cement tanks. Aged 10-12 months in large Slavonian oak casks. The 2021 vintage had wet spring, cool summer with late September warmth aiding balance at 14.5% alcohol; 20,000 bottles produced.
Tasting Notes
Pale ruby; wild cherry, raspberry, rose, licorice, earth, spice. Medium-bodied with bright acidity, dry firm tannins, savory length, and mineral persistence.

Serving and Cellaring
Serve at 16-18°C in Burgundy glass; decant 1 hour. Drink 2025-2032; pairs with roast veal, mushroom risotto, aged toma.
