Our Hautes Côtes de Beaune immediately offers a nose of black fruits, where blackberry and blackcurrant compete. The perfect maturity of the is reflected in the mouth, dense and elegant, on a concentrated fruit of cherry and wild strawberry that nothing disturbs. The finish, ripe and generous, is punctuated by a finely saline structure which, if it allows a few years of aging, should not however prevent you from uncorking the bottle this summer to enjoy its exuberant youth.
