Daou Chardonnay 2024 represents the estate's core white wine from Paso Robles' warm yet coastal-influenced vineyards, crafted to balance ripe California fruit with freshness and integrated oak. Sourced from sites that promote phenolic ripeness, the wine undergoes barrel fermentation and lees ageing to build creamy texture while preserving vibrant aromatics.

Partial new French oak and extended élevage contribute vanilla, toast and almond nuances that complement the stone and tropical fruit core, resulting in a polished, approachable Chardonnay suited to both casual sipping and table pairing.
