From De Bortoli Wines in Australia's Yarra Valley, the Estate Vineyard Pinot Noir 2024 is a refined 100% Pinot Noir from the family's historic Dixons Creek estate, planted in 1971 on cool, elevated sites with thoughtful clonal selections for enhanced brightness and perfume. Hand-harvested grapes from this second vintage incorporating new plantings undergo cool fermentation and maturation in French oak barriques, emphasizing sustainable practices and minimal intervention to highlight terroir-driven elegance. This yields a bright ruby wine with vivid intensity and graceful structure.

Tasting Notes An elegant, perfumed red with vibrant cherry and spice, reflecting Yarra Valley's cool-climate finesse. The nose reveals red and dark fruits, violets, wood spice, and hints of charcuterie and earth.
