SITUATION
GEVREY-CHAMBERTIN is one of the most famous villages of the Côte de Nuits.

AREA
The Domaine's GEVREY-CHAMBERTIN plots extend over a very well exposed area of ​​2 hectares 58 ares.

SOIL AND VARIETIES
The soil is clay-limestone.
Varietal: 100% Pinot Noir.
Age of the vines: 35 years.

HARVEST AND VINIFICATION
Manual harvest in small crates. Sorting of the harvest in the winery.
Long vinification in wooden vats, with punching down and temperature control.

AGING
Aging in oak barrels (1/3 new barrels) and bottling after 18 months.
