From Domaine Joblot in Givry, Côte Chalonnaise, the Givry 1er Cru L'Empreinte 2023 is a refined Pinot Noir, an assemblage of top parcels from Servoisine, Bois Chevaux, Cellier Aux Moines, and Clos Marole. Sourced from organic vineyards on clay-limestone soils with south/southeast exposure, it’s hand-harvested and aged 12 months in French oak barrels (50% new), offering a ruby hue with vibrant complexity.
