From Domaine Joblot in Givry, Côte Chalonnaise, the Givry 1er Cru Servoisine 2022 is a refined Pinot Noir from a 2.5-hectare, south-facing vineyard on clay-limestone soils. Sourced from organic vineyards with 38-year-old vines, it’s hand-harvested, 90% destemmed, and aged 12 months in French oak barrels (40% new), offering a ruby hue with vibrant complexity.
