(Allen Meadows Score 88) Bottled October. Fine pale yellow. This is extremely elegant, very stylish, clean and pure, not too weighty with a fruit that stretches out well to a slight note of toffee at the finish. More flesh than mineral but attractive.

Chablis AOC wines are produced exclusively from the Chardonnay grape variety. Wines tend to be high in steely acidity, dry and fresh with marked flinty minerality. The wine is typically fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve the freshness of the fruit.
