From the walled Clos Saint-Jean monopole on Chassagne's mid-slope, Paul Pillot crafts this premier cru using organic farming, natural yeasts and restrained barrel aging (25% new oak). The 2023 vintage captures the site's generous fruit with classic Chassagne power and finesse, raised 12 months in oak followed by extended lees contact for texture.
