From Domaine Rewa in New Zealand’s Central Otago, the Pinot Noir 2021 is a refined 100% Pinot Noir sourced from the estate’s 5.5-hectare organic vineyard on fluvial terraces beneath the Pisa Range, featuring schist and river granite soils that impart balance and elegance. Hand-harvested grapes from the balanced 2021 vintage—marked by cool conditions yielding fresh, concentrated fruit—undergo wild fermentation and 14 months' aging in French oak barrels to enhance structure and finesse. Inspired by Burgundy yet true to Central Otago’s terroir, this production yields a ruby wine with vibrant purity and graceful poise.

The nose reveals red cherry, violet, spice, and hints of black olive and truffle. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and silky, with fine tannins, bright acidity, and flavors of plum, blackberry, and mineral earthiness, leading to a long, persistent finish.
