The estate is based in Saint-Andelain and draws this cuvée from profound silex terroir across the Pouilly-Fumé appellation. Whole bunches are native-fermented in concrete eggs and aged on lees, which gives the wine a textural yet precise profile while preserving its stony character.

Tasting Notes

Expect bright grapefruit, pear, lemon verbena, citrus, floral notes, and a pronounced mineral core. The palate is crisp and fresh, with balanced acidity, light herbal lees character, and lingering salinity.

Serving and Cellaring

Serve chilled, around 8-10°C. Best with grilled seafood, goat cheese, light salads, or white meat dishes, and it should gain complexity over a few years.
