From a 1.06-ha parcel of 1950-planted vines (lease ending 2025) in La Goujonne climat along the Saint-Aubin combe, on very stony, north/northeast-facing slopes with rocky soils for minerality; biodynamic farming by Olivier Lamy. 50% whole-cluster infusion vinification, aged in barrels emphasizing delicacy and site expression in the structured 2021 vintage at 13% alcohol.

Tasting Notes
Cherry red; aromas of peony, dried rose petals, crunchy red and black fruits, white pepper, plums, red berries, spices, and orange rind. Medium-bodied palate is extremely fine, detailed, and racy with powdery tannins, succulent fruit core, bright earthiness, raspberry, pepper, solid depth, and impressively sappy, balanced persistence.
