The appellation of Petit Chablis is at the base of the Chablis appellation hierarchy. Petit Chablis is lively wines when young with aromas of white fruits. The wine will benefit short ageing of two to three years to gain some complexity of minerality and subtly iodized note.

Pale yellow gold colour, a limpid and brilliant wine. On aeration, a white floral touch completes the aromatic palette. On first opening, mature, white orchard fruits are in evidence. Good persistence. Full and structured in the mouth with a fine limestone presence. Excellent volume and fine texture. Long mineral finish. A Petit Chablis with great character.

Cold settling before fermentation. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 6 months in tanks on the fine lees.
