Sourced from the 13.5-acre Gallina vineyard in Neive (south exposure, calcareous marl with light sand), this Barbaresco undergoes 20 days maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats, malolactic in French oak barrels (30% new, second passage), 18 months oak aging, and 8 months bottle aging before release at 14.5% alcohol with 5.2 g/L acidity.​

Tasting Notes
Ruby red color; bouquet of wild berries, rose petals, and mint. The palate shows fruit and floral notes with great balance and freshness, supported by soft yet pronounced tannins.

Serving and Cellaring
Serve at 16-18°C in a Burgundy glass; decant 1-2 hours. Drink from 2026-2040+ for optimal development; pairs with mushroom risotto, roasted duck, game, or aged cheeses.
