Sourced from 80 crus including 49 Grand/Premier crus across the Montagne de Reims, Côte des Blancs, and Vallée de la Marne. Base wines fermented in stainless steel (75% blocked malolactic for acidity preservation), blended with reserve wines from 10+ vintages including oak cask-aged parcels. Secondary fermentation in bottle, aged 5 years on lees with 7g/L dosage. Annual release maintains Lanson's precise, non-malolactic house style at 12.5% ABV.
