From historic Terre Alte ("high lands") slopes at 200-300m, hand-harvested grapes undergo separate vinifications: brief skin maceration, soft pressing, and fermentation in stainless steel plus barriques, followed by 10 months lees aging and bottle maturation. This 13.5% ABV cuvée, first created in 1981, reflects ponca soils and the ripe 2020 vintage through its structured, age-worthy profile.

Tasting Notes
Vibrant straw-yellow; refined nose of tropical fruit, bergamot, candied orange, acacia, hawthorn, saffron, graphite, and Mediterranean herbs. Suave, complex palate balances volume and acidity with white peach, citrus, elderflower, sage, sea beans, spice, salinity, and persistent finish.
