From Maison Louis Jadot in Burgundy, the Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2022 is a refined 100% Pinot Noir sourced from vineyards across the Côte d’Or and Côte Chalonnaise, where long-term grower relationships ensure high-quality fruit selection each year.
Grapes are processed in a dedicated facility focused on Bourgogne Pinot Noir production, with vinification emphasizing fruit purity and balance through careful temperature control and aging in oak barrels for approximately 9 months.
Tasting Notes An approachable, fruit-forward Bourgogne Pinot Noir with aromas of ripe strawberries, cherries, and subtle earthy notes, delivering a medium-bodied palate of plump red fruit, gentle tannins, and balanced freshness. The nose displays ripe red berries like strawberry and raspberry with light oak and spice. On the palate, it is harmonious with forward fruit, silky texture, and elegant structure.
Serving and Cellaring Serve at 14-16°C with 30 minutes of decanting to enhance aromas. Ideal with roasted chicken, pork, or grilled fish. Enjoy now through 2032, developing subtle earthy nuances over time.
