From Maison Louis Jadot in Burgundy’s Chassagne-Montrachet, the Village 2016 is a refined 100% Chardonnay from vineyards on marly limestone soils, including a high proportion of Premier Cru sites. Fermented in tanks and aged in French oak barrels, it is vegan-friendly, offering a pale gold hue with vibrant complexity.
