Hand-harvested from old vines on Côte du Py's steep decomposed granite and blue stone soils at 250m elevation. Semi-carbonic maceration in concrete vats, aged 10-12 months in large oak foudres or demi-muids for velvety integration. The excellent 2020 vintage offers concentration, freshness, and aging potential reflecting Jadot's ownership since 1996.
