Sourced from Compagniesdrift granite hilltop, River Terraces sandy stones, and Quarry rocky greywacke sites, parcels fermented separately, underwent malolactic in 300L barrels, blended after 8 months, then harmonized 10 more months in 50% new French oak (pH 3.52, RS 2.5 g/L, TA 6.1 g/L). Cool 2023 vintage mirrors 2021 with early ripening before March rains, yielding bright, flavorful components.

Tasting Notes
