(Jasper Morris Inside Burgundy NR) The malolactic fermentation had not finished, which made it too difficult to judge and give a rating. Pale lemon, then apples from the malolactic. Hard to taste at this stage, but the intensity of fruit is there and not too much alcohol, with a promising length of flavour. Tasted: October 2020.
