(Jasper Morris Inside Burgundy 91-94) Fine mid lemon color. The Bouzereau hallmark elegance is on show again here, and there is a really attractive level of flesh on the palate, growing nicely to the back. Sometimes I am less sure of this wine compared to the Meursaults here, but in 2020 it is fully up to the mark. Picked at the perfect moment, as the grapes are ripe and the acidity just as it should be. Very persistent. Tasted Jan 2021.
