Mongeard-Mugneret Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru 2016

From Domaine Mongeard-Mugneret in Vosne-Romanée, Côte de Nuits, the Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru 2016 is a refined Pinot Noir from a 0.3-hectare parcel in the 50.12-hectare Clos de Vougeot vineyard. Sourced from organic vineyards with 50-year-old vines on clay-limestone soils, it’s hand-harvested and aged 16–20 months in French oak barrels (50% new), offering a ruby hue with vibrant complexity.
