Prunotto Moscato d'Asti DOCG 2023

Prunotto Moscato d'Asti DOCG 2023

From the esteemed Prunotto estate in Alba, Piedmont, the Moscato d'Asti DOCG 2023 is a delightful, lightly sparkling white showcasing Moscato’s charm. Crafted from 100% Moscato Bianco, sourced from vineyards on calcareous soils in Canelli and Treiso, it’s hand-harvested and gently pressed. Fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness, it offers a pale straw hue and vibrant sweetness with subtle effervescence.

Winemaking Process

Prunotto’s careful approach defines this wine. The 2023 vintage undergoes gentle pressing and low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks, halted early to retain natural sweetness and delicate bubbles. This process ensures a refreshing, aromatic wine with low alcohol, capturing the essence of Moscato d’Asti’s playful elegance.
