From Giuseppe Quintarelli in Italy’s Veneto, the Bianco Secco 2024 is a refined dry white blend primarily of Garganega with Trebbiano Toscano, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Saorin (local Friulano), sourced from hillside vineyards on limestone and basalt soils in the Negrar valley north of Verona. Hand-harvested grapes from the balanced 2024 vintage undergo gentle pressing and fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, followed by aging to preserve freshness and aromatic purity. As the legendary estate's only white wine, this hidden gem emphasizes natural methods and minimal intervention, yielding a straw yellow wine with greenish reflections and delicate harmony.

Tasting Notes Quintarelli's rare dry white bursts with yellow flower perfume, zesty green citrus brightness, and a tactile bite from Garganega's grip, echoing classic Soave profiles. The nose offers clean, delicate fruity notes with hints of yellow fruits and apricot. On the palate, it is very pleasant and persistent, fresh with well-dosed acidity, spreading harmoniously with subtle honey and mineral tones.

Awards and Accolades The 2024 Bianco Secco is newly released with emerging praise for its return to classic Soave-like freshness; recent vintages have scored 91-92 points from critics like Monica Larner (Wine Advocate).

Serving and Cellaring Serve chilled at 8-10°C without decanting to preserve vibrancy. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with seafood, light salads, or goat cheese. Enjoy now through 2031, during which it will develop subtle honeyed nuances.
