From Giuseppe Quintarelli in Italy’s Veneto, the Rosso del Bepi 2008 is a refined blend of 55% Corvina, 30% Rondinella, and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon from vineyards on limestone and volcanic soils. Fermented for 45 days and aged seven years in large oak barrels, it is vegan-friendly, offering a ruby hue with vibrant complexity.
