From the historic Gaiole in Chianti estate (former Ricasoli monastery), this organic Sangiovese blend ferments 14 days in concrete/steel then ages 11 months in mixed oak (100-2.25hl). The 2020 vintage balances beauty and power through mineral-rich hillside soils and careful élevage.
