From Thorne & Daughters in South Africa's Swartland, the Cat's Cradle Chenin Blanc 2022 is a refined 100% Chenin Blanc sourced from a single vineyard planted in 1979 in the Langkloof on the Paardeberg mountain's decomposed granite slopes, producing small yields of concentrated fruit from sustainably farmed bush vines.

Hand-harvested grapes are whole-bunch pressed in an old Vaslin press with no additions of sulfur dioxide, fermented naturally in used oak barrels, and left on lees for integration, resulting in a clear, bright expression of Chenin Blanc that showcases the vineyard's terroir.
