The grapes also come from Ningxia, and elements with stronger stem flavor were selected for blending. The Pinot Noir from the small garden is harvested multiple times over a 20-day period. In the early batches, 100% of the stems will be removed, and in subsequent batches, the proportion of stems will be gradually increased. P3 is a blend of multiple barrels, and the proportion of barrels with the dominant stem flavor is larger.
