Sourced from Yalumba's Menzies Estate vineyard on iconic terra rossa soil over limestone, this premium Cabernet underwent hand-harvest, sorting and fermentation in static and rotary fermenters. Aged 18 months in 20% new French and Hungarian oak hogsheads, it captures Coonawarra's cool-climate structure and purity from the warm, dry 2019 vintage.
