Rose champagne with grapes from Verzy and Bouzy. 100% Pinot Noir (95% Verzy & 5% Bouzy). Similar to other wines form Adrien Renoir, the wine is fermented in neutral oak with native yeasts. It undergoes full malolactic. It spends around 11 months in barrel and 24 months on the lees in bottle.
