Sourced from mature vines in the Coastal Region honoring Bernard Podlashuk's legacy, this Chenin ferments naturally and ages 12 months in French oak barrels (half new) for layered texture while retaining freshness and complexity reflective of its heritage sites. Vegan-friendly and sustainably farmed, it blends ripe fruit depth with lively acidity.
