From Domaine d’Aussières in Narbonne, Languedoc, owned by Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite), the Blason d’Aussières Corbières 2020 is a refined blend of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Carignan. Sourced from organic vineyards on deeper clay-limestone soils in the Corbières AOC, it’s hand-harvested and aged 10–12 months with 20% in oak barrels, offering a ruby hue with vibrant complexity.
