From Château Gassier in Puyloubier, Côtes de Provence, the Esprit Gassier Rosé 2024 is a refined blend of 40% Grenache, 31% Syrah, 12% Cinsault, and 6% Rolle, with minor additions of Sémillon and Cabernet Sauvignon. Sourced from organic vineyards on clay-limestone soils near Mont Sainte-Victoire, it’s hand-harvested, offering a pale peach hue with vibrant freshness.
