From Champagne Drappier in the Aube subregion of Champagne, the Brut Nature Zero Dosage NV is a refined 100% Pinot Noir sourced from the estate's 75 hectares of organically farmed vineyards on limestone-rich soils that impart exceptional freshness and structure. Hand-harvested grapes undergo gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by secondary fermentation in the bottle with extended lees aging of at least 36 months to develop complexity and finesse without any dosage or added sulfur in this ultra-pure expression.
