Champagne Drappier Grande Sendrée Millésime Brut 2015 is Drappier’s prestige vintage cuvée from Urville in the Côte des Bar, made from a Pinot Noir–Chardonnay blend and built for finesse, depth, and long aging. The 2015 vintage is especially expressive, combining ripe fruit, creamy texture, chalky freshness, and the house’s signature low-dosage style.

Tasting Notes

  • Appearance: Bright medium-deep golden color with a copper hue.

  • Nose: Ripe white fruit, pear, mirabelle plum, white flowers, honey, brioche, toasted hazelnut, damp chalk, and subtle spice.

  • Palate: Broad and generous, with a silky mousse, candied citrus, dried fruit, chalky tension, saline freshness, and a long, slightly citrus-peel finish.

Serving & Cellaring

  • Temperature: Serve chilled at 10–12°C.

  • Cellaring: Built for long aging and can be kept until around 2040; it is already very good now but will continue to gain complexity with time.
