From Palmer & Co, a premier cooperative in Champagne's heart, the Blanc de Noirs Brut NV is a dynamic blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Meunier, primarily sourced from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards in Verzy, Verzenay, Mailly-Champagne, and Les Riceys on clay-limestone soils. Grapes undergo gentle pressing and primary fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks, followed by secondary fermentation in bottle via the traditional method, with extended lees aging of at least 5 years to build structure and complexity. Sustainable practices and a low dosage highlight the base vintage's purity, yielding a pale salmon sparkling wine with lively energy and red fruit precision.

Tasting Notes A vibrant, fruit-forward sparkling with red berry depth and mineral finesse, reflecting Champagne's pinot-driven intensity. The nose reveals ripe strawberry, raspberry, peach, and apricot, with hints of grapefruit, gooseberry, and subtle brioche. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and poised, featuring bright acidity, fine mousse, integrated textures, and flavors of red berries, citrus zest, and spice, leading to a long, vibrant finish.

Awards and Accolades The NV Blanc de Noirs Brut earned 91 points from James Suckling for its well-structured fruitiness and elegant balance.

Serving and Cellaring Serve chilled at 8-10°C without decanting to preserve effervescence. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with charcuterie, poultry, or berry desserts. Enjoy now through 2030, during which it will develop enhanced toasty and earthy layers.
