M. Chapoutier Collioure Chrysopée Rouge 2021
From Maison M. Chapoutier in Collioure, Languedoc-Roussillon, the Collioure Chrysopée Rouge 2021 is a refined blend of 85% Grenache and 15% Mourvèdre. Sourced from organic and biodynamic vineyards with old vines on steep schist soils, it’s hand-harvested, destemmed, and aged in demi-muids, offering a ruby hue with vibrant complexity.

A vibrant, elegant red with rich fruit and mineral finesse, showcasing Collioure’s terroir.
The nose reveals black raspberry, cassis, and strawberry, with hints of minty herbs, garrigue, and iron. On the palate, it’s medium- to full-bodied, with ultra-fine tannins, balanced acidity, and flavors of red fruit, spice, and a long, saline finish.
