From Chêne Bleu’s Domaine de la Verrière in Crestet, Vaucluse, the Viognier Provence 2021 is a refined white from organic vineyards at 550–630 meters near Mont Ventoux. Crafted from 100% Viognier, sourced from clay-limestone soils, it’s hand-harvested and aged 7 months in demi-muids barrels, offering a golden hue with vibrant complexity.

Tasting Notes

A rich, elegant white with lush stone fruit and floral finesse, showcasing Provence’s terroir.
The nose reveals ripe apricot, honey, and Chinese jasmine, with hints of peach, verveine, and white pepper. On the palate, it’s full-bodied and balanced, with fresh acidity, creamy fruit, and a long, saline finish.
