From Clos du Mont Olivet, a historic family estate in Châteauneuf-du-Pape since 1932, the Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc 2023 is a refined blend of 40% Clairette, 30% Roussanne, 14% Bourboulenc, 10% Grenache Blanc, 2% Picardan, 2% Clairette Rose, and 1% each of Grenache Gris and Picpoul sourced from six plots on safres (sandy-clay) soils that impart freshness and minerality. Hand-harvested grapes from the balanced 2023 vintage—characterized by moderate conditions yielding concentrated yet vibrant fruit—undergo whole-cluster pressing, fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks (88%) and new oak barrels (12%), followed by 7 months' aging on lees to enhance texture and complexity. As a benchmark producer committed to traditional and organic practices, this production yields a pale yellow wine with green tints and brilliant clarity.

On the palate, it is medium-bodied and seamless, with vibrant acidity, elegant structure, and flavors of fresh peach, citrus pith, and subtle spice, leading to a long, fresh finish.
