From Jérôme Coessens in Champagne's Côte des Bar subregion, the Monopole Largillier Blanc de Noirs NV is a refined 100% Pinot Noir sourced exclusively from the 3.36-hectare Largillier monopole vineyard on limestone, clay, and marl soils that impart complexity and elegance. Hand-harvested grapes from reserve vintages undergo traditional method secondary fermentation in bottle, followed by extended lees aging of at least 36 months to develop structure and finesse. As a family estate producing since 2006 with five generations of grape-growing heritage, this sustainable approach yields a pale gold sparkling wine with persistent bubbles and remarkable purity.

Tasting Notes An elegant, vinous sparkling with ripe stone fruit and mineral salinity, reflecting Champagne's marl terroir. The nose reveals graceful tangerine, lemon zest, apricot, and hints of apple blossom and salty minerality. On the palate, it is light-bodied and poised, with tense acidity, fine persistent mousse, and flavors of yellow plum, ripe peach, and subtle yeast, leading to a vibrant, fruity finish.

Awards and Accolades The NV Largillier Blanc de Noirs earned 91 points from Robert Parker for its deep, intense bouquet and elegant balance.

Serving and Cellaring Serve chilled at 8-10°C without decanting to preserve effervescence. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with seafood, poultry, or soft cheeses. Enjoy now through 2030, during which it will develop enhanced brioche and nutty notes.
