Hand-harvested grapes from this second vintage incorporating new plantings undergo cool fermentation and maturation in French oak barriques, emphasizing sustainable practices and minimal intervention to highlight terroir-driven elegance. Tasting Notes An elegant, perfumed red with vibrant cherry and spice, reflecting Yarra Valley's cool-climate finesse.
