Vineyards managed biodynamically, Ecocert and Demeter control. The vines are cultivated without weedkillers, chemical fertizers or synthetic products. We use sulfur, copper and herbal teas to treat the vines. Production and supply of our compost. These vines are fully plowed.
Unlike the winemaking of yellow wine which was aged under a layer of flor without topping up, this wine is topped up regularly in barrel and therefore protecting the wine from developing the oxidative notes. The wine is fresh and vibrant with serious minerality.
