From Domaine d’Aussières in Narbonne, Languedoc, owned by Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite), the A d’Aussières Rouge 2023 is a refined blend of mainly Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc. Sourced from organic vineyards on clay-limestone and sandy silt soils in Pays d’Oc, it’s hand-harvested and aged in stainless steel and oak barrels, offering a garnet hue with vibrant complexity.

The nose reveals blackberry, red cherry, and blackcurrant, with hints of mild spices, chocolate, and fresh fig. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied and balanced, with soft tannins, fresh acidity, and flavors of dark fruit, pepper, and a long, harmonious finish.
