The vintage “Le Grand Pin” is a red wine also produced by Domaine Cristia. Originally from the place called “Pignan”, neighboring Rayas and Cristia. Chapelle St. Theodoric is a project between winemaker Baptiste Grangeon from Domaine de Cristia and Peter Weygandt, importer in the USA, with an objective to show beautiful terroir expressions. The vinification is traditional by whole-cluster, a technique also employed byChateau Rayas.
