Sourced from the Grand Curoulet lieu-dit (Jurassic/Triassic marls, southeast-facing). Biodynamically farmed old vines hand-harvested, direct-pressed, fermented with native yeasts in used Burgundy barrels. Aged 18-24 months ouillé style (topped up, no flor), unfiltered. 2020's ripe conditions balanced Savagnin's phenolic structure at 13.5% ABV.

Tasting Notes
Golden hue; green apple, pear skin, white flowers, wet stone, brioche, curry leaf. Medium-bodied with racy acidity, tannic grip, saline minerality, brioche richness, dried hay, and long spicy finish.
