Perlé is Ferrari’s flagship vintage sparkling wine and a synthesis of the house style, sourced from mountain vineyards in Trentino and fermented in steel before extended aging on lees. The 2019 vintage spent at least 48 months on lees, and some listings describe the maturation as closer to five years, which helps build texture, complexity, and a refined mousse. It is a Brut-style Trentodoc that balances freshness, precision, and a distinctly alpine sense of structure.

Tasting Notes
The wine shows a delicate golden straw color with very fine, persistent perlage. Aromas include grapefruit, citron, orange blossom, rhubarb, Reinette apple, white peach, almond blossom, toast, and subtle smoky or mineral notes. On the palate it is taut and energetic, with saline lift, citrus brightness, and a long finish touched by toast and almond.

Serving and Cellaring
Serve at around 8°C to 10°C in a tulip-style sparkling glass. This is a wine that can be enjoyed now for its freshness and finesse, but it also has the structure to develop further with time in bottle.
