From Champagne Henriot in France's Champagne region, the Rosé Brut NV is a multi-vintage blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, and 10% Pinot Meunier sourced from Premier and Grand Cru vineyards on chalky soils in the Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs that impart finesse and structure. Hand-harvested grapes from multiple vintages undergo gentle pressing and primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by secondary fermentation in bottle via the traditional method and extended lees aging of at least 3 years before disgorgement to develop complexity and creaminess. With a dosage of 9 g/L, this production emphasizes the Henriot house style of richness and elegance, yielding a pale salmon sparkling wine with persistent fine mousse and remarkable vibrancy.

Tasting Notes A mouthwatering rosé Champagne with finesse and style, featuring pink grapefruit sorbet, white cherry, and lemon blossoms dancing across a lightly chalky mousse. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and harmonious, with vibrant acidity, delicate creaminess, and flavors of citrus, baked apple, and toasted almonds, leading to a long, balanced finish.

Awards and Accolades The NV Rosé Brut earned 92 points from Wine Spectator for its finesse and style with flavors of pink grapefruit sorbet, white cherry, and lemon blossoms on a lightly chalky mousse.
