Some whole cluster fruit used. Vinification in oak tonneaux and stainless steel. Aging in barriques for Vinsobres, 600L oak for Rasteau, and foudres for all the other vineyards. All the fruit comes from the Northern part of the Southern Rhone. A cut above most Cotes-du-Rhones in structure and complexity, this offering shows notes of sweet and spicy berries, violets, and a touch of licorice. Pairs well with beef stew or macaroni and cheese.
